West Hollywood Apartments Trade at $1.3 Million Per Unit

Investor Sells Eight-Unit Havenhurst Complex

A local owner sold the eight-unit Havenhurst Complex apartments at 1283 Havenhurst Drive in West Hollywood, California, for $10.4 million, or $1.3 million per unit, to a private investor.

The four-story, 14,000-square-foot luxury apartment consists of two- and three-bedroom units. The turnkey investment had two units vacant at the time of sale, which closed at a 3.21% capitalization rate and represented a 1031 tax-deferred exchange for the buyer.
